Archax started in London in 2018. Graham Rodford and two co founders built it to bring real world assets onto blockchain technology. It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and it was the first firm on the FCA Cryptoasset Register.
Archax works as an exchange, a broker, and a custodian for digital assets. It trades tokenised funds, security tokens, and cryptocurrencies. This is not a retail forex or CFD broker. Only institutional and professional investors can open an account, so there is no public minimum deposit or leverage table.
In 2025, Archax expanded fast. It agreed to buy Globacap Private Markets in the US and opened a new office in Dubai. The FCA has also published a public warning about clone firms using the Archax name, so anyone researching it should check they are on the real archax.com site.
