About Zenfinex

Nick Cooke founded Zenfinex Limited in the UK, and the FCA authorized the firm on 11 March 2019 under reference 816055. The wider Zenfinex Group later added Zenfinex Global Limited in Seychelles and a Dubai DIFC entity to reach more regions.

In September 2023 Zenfinex rebranded its retail brokerage arm to a new name, Taurex, and now focuses more on institutional liquidity and technology. Zenfinex still quotes FCA retail rules directly, capping retail leverage at 1:30 and professional accounts at 1:100, with a $50 minimum card deposit and MetaTrader 4 and 5 access.

By Zenfinex's own published figure, 67.39 percent of retail investor accounts lose money trading CFDs with the firm. The FCA has also issued an official warning that a clone site using the Zenfinex name and pretending to be this authorized firm is operating without any real permission, so readers should confirm they are on the genuine domain.
