- Now part of the publicly listed NAGA Group after a 2024 merger
- Includes integrated research tools like Trading Central and analyst ratings

Cons
- Main capex.com site runs on a Seychelles FSA licence, not a top tier regulator

- Group structure is complex after the 2024 NAGA Group reverse merger
- CFDs only, so traders never own the real underlying asset
CAPEX.com is a multi asset trading brand offering forex, indices, commodities, shares, bonds, ETFs, and crypto CFDs. The site itself states it is operated by KW Investments Ltd, licensed by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority under number SD020, a much lighter regime than European rules.
In 2024, Key Way Group, the parent of CAPEX.com, completed a reverse merger with the publicly listed NAGA Group AG. Key Way shareholders ended up owning most of the combined company, and CAPEX now sits in the same family as NAGA branded entities, including NAGA Markets Europe Ltd, a separate CySEC regulated firm.
CAPEX.com's own terms say it does not open accounts for residents of the EU, Japan, Canada, Spain, or the United States, so European traders normally end up on a different, CySEC regulated NAGA entity instead. Accounts need just $100 to start, and the platform gives access to more than 2,100 instruments alongside a live risk free first trade promotion.
