About B2C2

B2C2 is a crypto liquidity provider founded in 2015 by Flavio Molendini and Maxime Boonen. Japan's SBI Holdings bought a minority stake in 2020 and raised it to 90 percent by year end, though B2C2 still runs as a standalone firm under Thomas Restout as group chief executive.

The group trades over the counter in crypto, forex, and derivatives for banks, funds, and other institutions, never retail clients. Its main UK arm, B2C2 OTC Ltd, is authorised by the FCA under reference 810834, though the FCA does not regulate cryptoasset dealing itself, so crypto clients get no Ombudsman or compensation cover. Sister entities sit in the Cayman Islands, the US, Luxembourg, and France.

B2C2 grew through acquisition, buying French market maker Woorton in 2023 and adding a Luxembourg license in 2024. Its Singapore unit still has a license pending with MAS and is not yet onboarding clients there. There is no deposit bonus to review, since B2C2 only accepts professional or accredited investors.
