About UFX

UFX was a retail forex and CFD brand that began in 2007. Reliantco Investments Ltd, registered in Limassol, Cyprus, ran the brand and held Cyprus Investment Firm license 127/10 from CySEC starting in 2010. UFX later marketed itself across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

CySEC fined Reliantco 95,000 euros in December 2017 over unfair account manager conduct, misleading adverts, and weak client suitability checks. UFX quietly stopped taking new clients worldwide during 2018 and stopped serving UK clients on 11 June 2020, under a joint FCA and CySEC notice. Early in 2023, it blocked all new account openings everywhere.

CySEC made the closure official on 30 October 2024, when its board withdrew Reliantco's license after six straight months with no investment activity. The old ufx.com domain is now just a parked page. Do not send money to any site still using the UFX name today.
