Trust Capital TC LTD is a Cyprus firm that says it started in 2019 and trades as Trust Capital. Its own site names license number 369/18 from CySEC. In 2022 CySEC published a warning that TrustCapital was providing financial services without authorisation, and independent tracker WikiFX still lists the license as questionable and scores the firm 1.84 out of 10.
Trust Capital also once advertised an FCA passporting license, number 840503, that WikiFX confirms is now revoked. The site offers forex, metals, commodities, indices, energies, shares, and crypto CFDs through MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, with account tiers reported from around 250 to several thousand dollars.
The firm keeps operating today from Limassol, with a second office in Dubai, and still displays the license number CySEC questioned years ago. Given the warning and low score, treat any regulation claim here with real caution and verify status directly with CySEC first.
