About TopTier Trader

TopTier Trader started in 2021 as a forex prop trading firm. Traders paid a fee, followed profit and loss rules on a simulated account, and could earn a share of the results. The same founders, Cue Banks and Anthony Williams, still run the business today.

On September 25, 2025, TopTier Trader rebranded as TX3 Funding. The company moved its base to Dubai and now offers both forex and futures challenges up to $300,000, scaling to $2 million. Its own terms of use name the legal entity as TX3 Funding FZCO, a company registered in a Dubai free zone.

TX3 Funding's own terms state plainly that it is not registered or licensed with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, ESMA, DFSA, or any other regulator, since all trading on the platform is simulated. Marketing describes a partner broker, TX3 Markets, as globally regulated, but independent checks flag its South African registration as unverified, with only a weaker offshore Comoros license confirmed.
