TopTier Trader, a Miami-based funded futures challenge provider, rebranded as TX3 Funding in 2026. The company's transition messaging described it as the same team under a new name. Complaints visible under both brands allege hidden rules, payout delays, blacklisting and unexplained account closures. They are customer allegations and have not been independently adjudicated.

Four BBB Complaints Under the TopTier Trader Name

TopTier Trader is not BBB accredited and had four complaints in the previous three years in the supplied research. A trader alleged in August 2024 that a $10,000 challenge was failed under a leverage rule not disclosed at signup. A September complaint alleged a challenge was closed under hidden rules. In December, another customer blamed a platform failure for $9,215 in losses and alleged the account was deleted.

The latest BBB complaint, filed on 25 February 2026, alleged money was taken from an account and not returned despite repeated contact. It remained unanswered when the source material was prepared.

The Complaint Pattern Continued Under TX3 Funding

The merged Trustpilot profile showed 3.1 out of 5 across 4,319 reviews. Davy Vanderlinden alleged on 9 June 2026 that a payout was rejected and the account blacklisted by email, with no substantive reply for more than ten days. Simon Giraldo Ossa alleged that a payout requested on 16 May remained pending six days later. Fany Murillo alleged that an account was deactivated for blacklisting without evidence.

A Second Loss Rule Behind the Daily Drawdown

Aniket alleged on 17 June that account access ended after roughly $100 of drawdown despite a displayed $300 limit. TX3 Funding's clarification reportedly identified a separate 1% per-trade loss limit that can trigger independently. The rule may be valid, but consumers need every account-ending threshold displayed together before purchase.

A Rebrand Does Not Reset the Complaint Record

The name changed, but the central allegation remained consistent: a trader discovers an account-ending rule only when it is invoked. A funded provider should present leverage, per-trade loss and daily drawdown limits in one place and supply evidence when it blocks a payout or account.
