About Scope Markets

Scope Markets is a multi asset CFD brand that started in 2014. In 2023 the Rostro Group bought the business and folded it into its wider stable of trading brands. Four separate companies now use the Scope Markets name, and each one holds its own license.

Clients can trade forex, indices, commodities, shares, and crypto CFDs, plus fractional stocks, through MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. A Standard account starts from around $50, and Raw account spreads begin near zero plus a commission. The international entity advertises leverage up to 1:3000, far above UK or EU retail limits.

Regulation depends on where a client signs up. SCFM Limited holds two Kenyan CMA licenses. SM Capital Markets Ltd answers to CySEC in Cyprus, the strongest license here. Scope Capital Markets Ltd is licensed in Mauritius, and RS Global Ltd sits offshore in Belize. In May 2026 trade press reported three staff exits in a month, then a new CEO started in June.
