ROinvesting was a CFD and forex trading brand run by Royal Forex Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus in 2014. The brand launched in 2017 and let clients trade forex, stocks, commodities, and crypto CFDs through MetaTrader 4 or its own WebTrader platform. ROinvesting is closed today and cannot open new accounts.
Cyprus regulator CySEC fined Royal Forex Ltd 270,000 euros in 2020 for organizational failings, conflicts of interest, and poor client information covering 2018 and 2019. In 2022, CySEC fined the firm another 120,000 euros for similar transparency failings between 2020 and 2021. Total fines reached close to 400,000 euros.
Royal Forex applied to give up its CySEC license in 2022, and multiple reports say ROinvesting stopped serving clients around February 2023. CySEC confirmed the license was fully withdrawn on 11 March 2025. Independent reviewers also logged complaints about withdrawal fees and blocked payouts. Do not send this broker money today.
