InvestMarkets was an online CFD and forex broker run by Arvis Capital Limited, based in Belize. A notice on its own website said the company gave up its license and stopped all services on September 30, 2024. The broker is now closed, and it does not accept new clients, deposits, or trades of any kind.
Even while it operated, InvestMarkets held only a Belize Securities Trading License, a type independent reviewers do not count as genuine forex regulation. Regulators in Spain, Singapore, South Africa, and Indonesia each issued public warnings against the firm between 2021 and 2022, years before it shut down.
Client reviews from that period describe frequent refusals to process withdrawals and pressure to deposit more money before any payout. Chile's regulator later added investmarkets.com to its list of unlicensed firms in June 2025, well after the closure. Anyone still owed funds should treat recovery as unlikely.
