Charlgate Ltd received its CySEC license in 2018 and took over the fxview.com website in 2020. The Finvasia Group, led by brothers Tajinder and Sarvjeet Singh Virk, bought the FXView brand in 2021. Finvasia also owns ZuluTrade and ActTrader.
FXView offers forex, indices, stocks, commodities and crypto CFDs through Raw ECN, Premium ECN and Islamic accounts. Spreads start near 0.0 pips plus a commission of $1 to $2 per 100k. EU clients get MetaTrader 4 and ActTrader with leverage capped at 1:30. Clients under the South Africa entity get MetaTrader 5 and up to 1:1000 leverage, which is high risk for new traders.
CySEC reached a 50,000 euro settlement with Charlgate in December 2024 after checking fund protection and order execution rules for 2020 to 2023. The FCA cancelled Charlgate's UK passporting in 2023, so the regulated entity no longer serves UK clients. In 2022 the FCA also warned about a fake site, FxViewInvestment, that copied Charlgate's real license details.
