FXVC was a CFD trading name used by Finteractive Ltd, a Cyprus company under number 325259. The firm was named Centralspot Trading Ltd until November 2020. It offered forex, stock, index, and crypto CFDs to retail clients in the UK and across the EU.
In April 2021, the FCA banned Finteractive from taking UK clients. The regulator had logged 47 complaints about misleading ads and pressure tactics, and some clients lost over 100,000 pounds. CySEC fined the firm 100,000 euros in March 2022. It then gave up its CySEC license on 20 January 2022 and stopped EU services that February. CySEC formally withdrew the license in July 2022.
FXVC now holds no license in the UK or the EU. CySEC lists Finteractive as a former investment firm with a voluntary renunciation on file. Some reports say the brand kept trading outside Europe under a Seychelles registration, but reviewers still flag it as high risk in 2026. BestForex.io does not treat FXVC as open for new business.
