FXCC Review
FXCC markets itself as ECN regulated, but its own site now names Central Clearing Ltd in Comoros as the legal operator, a much weaker regulator than its older Cyprus license.

FXCC is an ECN style forex broker offering MetaTrader 4 and 5 accounts. For years, reviewers linked the FXCC brand to FX Central Clearing Ltd, a Cyprus firm licensed by CySEC under number 121/10, a real European regulator.
The current fxcc.com website tells a different story. Its own legal footer names Central Clearing Ltd, registered in Mwali Island, Comoros, as the company behind the site, authorised by the Mwali International Services Authorities under licence BFX2024085. This Comoros regulator has far lighter rules than CySEC.
FXCC advertises zero commission ECN accounts, spreads from 0.0 pips, and leverage up to 1:1000, plus a live 100 percent first deposit bonus up to $2,000. It does not accept clients from the EEA, Japan, or the United States, which fits a broker steering non EU traders toward its offshore entity.
