- Some marketing cites FCA and CySEC licenses held by other Doo Group firms
- Not available to clients in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong and dozens more

- D Prime's own pages disagree on which regulator, Seychelles or Mauritius, backs it
- Its own restricted list names only Cyprus in the EU, despite no EU passported license
D Prime began trading in 2014 as Doo Prime, based in Singapore and Hong Kong. It took the name D Prime in August 2025, after more than ten years in the market. Its own regulations page lists only two watchdogs, the Seychelles FSA and the Vanuatu FSC, neither a top tier regulator like the FCA.
The broker offers forex, indices, commodities, shares and crypto CFDs on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, TradingView and its own InTrade app, with leverage up to 1:1000. The entry STP account needs just $100, but spreads start from a plain 1.0 pip. Near 0.0 pip spreads only appear on ECN and Professional accounts, which add a commission.
Trustpilot gives D Prime a weak 2.4 out of 5 from hundreds of reviews, and a large share sit at 1 star. Many reviewers say the broker froze an account or blocked a withdrawal right after a profitable trade. Some marketing also cites FCA, ASIC or CySEC licenses that actually belong to separate Doo Group companies.
