About DNA Markets

DNA Markets is the trading name of Focus Markets Pty Ltd, a company based in Melbourne, Australia. ASIC granted the firm its financial services licence, number 514425, in 2019. The DNA Markets brand itself is newer, and independent review sites place its real launch around 2023, some years after the parent company was formed.

The broker offers forex, shares, indices, commodities and crypto as CFDs, over 800 instruments in total, through MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader. A Standard account needs a $100 deposit with spreads from 1.0 pips and no commission. A Raw account also needs $100, with spreads from 0.0 pips plus a commission per lot.

Australian clients get ASIC protections, such as a leverage cap near 1:30 and negative balance protection. Clients from most other countries sign up with DNA Markets Ltd in Saint Lucia instead, a company with no financial regulator, where leverage can reach 1:500. That split is the main thing to weigh before funding an account here.
