About Direct TT

Direct Trading Technologies launched its UK arm in 2018 as part of Global DTT, a retail forex and CFD broker based mainly in Lebanon and Dubai. The UK company served clients under the Direct Trading Technologies UK Ltd name and held extra licenses in Lithuania, Vanuatu, and Panama.

In January 2025, auditors told the FCA that Direct Trading Technologies had given them documents the auditors reasonably believed were fabricated, tied to the firm's 2023 accounts. The FCA found weak controls against financial crime, poor oversight, and a failure to cooperate honestly.

On 27 March 2025, the FCA stopped Direct Trading Technologies from doing any regulated business in the UK and restricted its assets. The firm must close open positions and set aside client money. It cannot take new UK clients or offer trading today, and this page does not recommend signing up.
