Capex Invest is the real stock ownership service inside CAPEX.com. Clients can buy and hold more than 5,000 real shares from 10 exchanges, instead of only trading CFDs. CAPEX.com added this service in 2022. Key Way Investments Ltd, a Cyprus firm from 2016, is named as its operator.
In 2024, Key Way Group merged with the listed NAGA Group AG, and Key Way's founder became NAGA's largest shareholder. Clients outside the EU mostly use a sister firm, KW Investments Ltd, under a lighter Seychelles license. CySEC fined Key Way Investments Ltd 120,000 euros in 2020 over rule gaps.
CAPEX.com advertises zero commission on real stock orders, though other fees can apply. Buying real shares means no leverage, but prices can still fall.
