Pros
- Traces to EverFX, a brand with real trading history going back years
- Cyprus arm once held a genuine CySEC license before its 2022 sale
- Settled openly with CySEC and paid its full 100,000 euro fine
- Ownership changes are publicly documented through named companies
Cons
- Its Seychelles securities dealer licence was surrendered on 21 July 2026
- Lost its Cyprus CySEC license in 2022 when the operator became Harindale
- CySEC fined the firm 100,000 euros over 2020 to 2021 conduct issues
- No confirmed active regulator stands behind the Axiance brand right now
Axiance is the 2021 rebrand of EverFX, a CFD broker that had already drawn FCA and BaFin bans before the name change. Cyprus regulator CySEC later fined the operating firm, ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd, 100,000 euros over conduct linked to that earlier ban period.
In October 2022, M4Markets and the Oryx Group bought ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd and its CySEC license, renaming the firm Harindale. That sale ended Axiance's regulated presence in Cyprus and the wider EU. Axiance then kept marketing to international clients through a separate Seychelles entity, Aerarium Limited.
The Seychelles Financial Services Authority recorded the surrender of Aerarium Limited's securities dealer licence on 21 July 2026, just days before this review. No other active license behind the Axiance brand could be confirmed at the time of writing, so readers should treat the site with real caution.
