About ATFX

ATFX is the trading name of AT Global Markets. Its main UK company was set up in 2015 as Piper Rockfort Capital and renamed in 2017. The group now runs client business through about ten legal entities across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, each with its own regulator and rules.

Clients trade forex, indices, commodities, and shares as CFDs through MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, or the ATFX mobile app. Standard account spreads start at 1.8 pips on EUR/USD, and leverage can reach 1:500 depending on which entity holds the account. There is no separate dealing commission on standard accounts.

The UK company, AT Global Markets (UK) Limited, only serves professional clients. Most retail traders end up with the Cyprus entity under CySEC, or with a less protected offshore entity in Mauritius, Seychelles, or Saint Vincent. That last one has no real financial regulator, so check which entity signs you up before you fund an account.
