AMarkets is an offshore forex and CFD broker with no top tier license. Only its Comoros entity is genuinely regulated; the other two are just company registrations.

Pros
- Only its Comoros entity holds a real license actively supervised by MISA
- ECN and Zero accounts publish raw spreads from 0.0 to 0.2 pips
- Full MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 access, plus its own mobile app
- Member of the Financial Commission with a real 20,000 euro fund
- Google Play app holds a 4.5 star rating from over 31,000 reviews
Cons
- No license from any top tier regulator such as the FCA or ASIC
- Leverage up to 1:3000 is far above what UK and EU rules allow
- WikiFX gives AMarkets a mid range 5.44 out of 10, with weak License and Regulation scores of 3.05
- Bonus rules let AMarkets remove funds from an account without notice
- Independent forums report withdrawal delays tied to document checks
- AMarkets blocks residents of over 100 countries, including much of Africa and Latin America
- Two of its three regulator entries are just company registrations, not real financial licenses
AMarkets started trading in 2007 and now says it serves over 3 million clients worldwide. AMarkets LTD holds a real Comoros license supervised by MISA, but AMarkets LLC in the Cook Islands and a second AMarkets LTD in Saint Vincent are only company registrations, not financial licenses. None are top tier regulators.
Traders can pick a Standard, ECN, or Zero account on MetaTrader 4 or 5. The Zero account can show spreads from 0.0 pips, and leverage can reach 1:3000, far above UK or EU limits. AMarkets also blocks over 100 other countries, including all EU and EEA states and large parts of Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Deposit bonuses exist, but AMarkets can remove that money at any time.
AMarkets scores near 4.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot from over 3,000 reviews, and its app holds 4.5 stars on Google Play. Yet WikiFX gives it a mid range 5.44 out of 10, with License and Regulation scores of just 3.05. Some traders report withdrawal delays and bonus cash wiped after a balance hit zero.
