Alpari started in 1998 in Kazan, Russia, when Andrey Dashin opened a small currency firm. It grew into a global group, and its UK arm held FCA approval, until a Swiss franc shock in January 2015 pushed Alpari UK into insolvency. The firm was dissolved in 2018.
Today Alpari trades under Parlance Trading Ltd, registered in the Comoros and licensed by the Mwali International Services Authority. It quietly left its former owner, Exinity, in 2025. Traders get MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, ECN spreads from 0.0 pips plus commission, and leverage up to 1:3000. The UK, EU, USA, Canada, Japan, and several more countries are off limits.
Trustpilot suspended Alpari's profile for breaking its guidelines, so no live score shows today. It sat near 3.8 out of 5 from about 170 reviews, with repeat complaints about vanishing withdrawal buttons and unhelpful support. Since 2021, the Bank of Russia has flagged Alpari, now Parlance Trading, for signs of illegal activity, last updated in July 2026.

Alpari is one of the original online forex brokers, founded in Russia in 1998 and now operating from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Mauritius. With over 2 million registered clients, Alpari has a particularly dominant presence in the CIS region and is one of the most trusted broker names in Russia, Kazakhstan, and other former Soviet states.
The broker offers a comprehensive range of account types including Standard, ECN, and Pro ECN accounts alongside a Micro account for beginners. Alpari is also well known for its PAMM service, which allows investors to allocate funds to professional traders and earn a share of profits without trading themselves.
Alpari supports MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 across all account types. While the broker's global regulatory standing is offshore (SVGFSA and FSC Mauritius), it maintains a long track record and a large, loyal client base, particularly in markets where it has operated for over two decades.
