About 101Investing

101investing was a CFD trading brand run by FXBFI Broker Financial Invest Ltd, a Cyprus company registered under number 351508. It held CySEC license 315/16, dated 20 September 2016, and shared that license with a sister brand, fxbfi.com. It served clients outside the EU in places like Switzerland, the UAE, and Lebanon.

Cyprus regulators found real problems. In August 2022, CySEC settled with the firm for 150,000 euros over violations of Cyprus investment law. CySEC later fined it a further 50,000 euros for weak anti money laundering and terrorist financing controls found during a 2020 to 2021 review. The Financial Commission also added 101investing to its public trader warning list.

The firm's license moved into a formal renunciation review from July 2022. On 18 September 2023, CySEC's board ended the process, and the firm's authorisation was gone by 27 September 2023. Treat any current site using this name with real caution, since no verified live trading service remains.
