FundingTicks paid traders who passed a futures evaluation with a funded account and a share of the profit. It launched in 2025, run by the same owner as Funding Pips, a CFD firm, known online as Khaled. Live trades used outside platforms like Tradovate and NinjaTrader, since FundingTicks held no trading license.
In December 2025, FundingTicks changed rules on accounts traders already owned. It added a one minute trade hold, raised profit targets, cut the split to 80 percent, and capped withdrawals, all applied backward. Some traders lost profit or whole accounts. Khaled stayed quiet for six days, then replied with anger, no apology. Prop Firm Match dropped the firm from its list.
FundingTicks announced a full shutdown on January 18, 2026. It promised refunds for open accounts and a profit share for accounts that met their targets, then closed support on January 31, 2026. Sister firm Funding Pips kept trading. FundingTicks is gone, so treat any site using its name today with caution.
