Banxso, the South African CFD broker at the centre of one of the country's largest retail trading scandals, has been placed into final liquidation. A court has declared the company hopelessly insolvent, the regulator has fined it and its directors more than 2 billion rand, and the matter has been referred to the police for criminal investigation.
