Smart Prop Trader closed on 29 December 2024 after publishing a plan to refund qualifying funded traders and develop a separate resolution for pending payouts. Nearly two years later, BestForex.io found no public confirmation that those commitments were completed in full.

Why Smart Prop Trader Was Delisted

PropFirmMatch delisted the firm in July 2024 after its tracker showed payouts pending for more than 30 days and traders alleged unjustified breaches and Discord bans. Smart Prop Trader disputed that assessment, saying it continued weekly payments and had moved to direct USDT transfers.

What the Closure Plan Promised

The firm said traders who were at break even or profitable in November 2024 would receive full refunds, with a further resolution plan for funded traders in good standing. Current independent listings mark the firm closed and warn users not to send funds.

A detailed promise still needs proof of completion

The closing plan was more specific than many industry statements, but the public record still lacks evidence that every commitment was fulfilled. Traders should distinguish an announced resolution from a completed one.
