Independent monitoring reviewed by BestForex.io found no verified forex trading license for Quotex. The platform operates from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, while users allege deposits, withdrawals and affiliate commissions remained blocked for months.

Affiliate Says $24,340 Was Blocked

An affiliate partner alleged that Quotex withheld $24,340 in earned commissions without justification and said a report was filed with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center in January 2026. Filing a report does not establish that a crime occurred, and the supplied material did not include an agency finding.

Retail complaints describe smaller but similar access problems. One Egyptian trader alleged that a Vodafone Cash deposit was deducted but marked failed, followed by four months of unresolved support requests and an account block. An Indian trader alleged that ₹4,709 left a bank account in October 2025 but never reached the trading balance.

Rejected Withdrawals and Verification Blocks

A Colombian reviewer alleged in April 2026 that six withdrawal attempts were rejected with changing explanations. Another trader alleged in August that an account was suspended immediately after identity verification connected to a withdrawal request. All are customer allegations, not regulatory or judicial findings.

Where no license can be verified, there is no named financial regulator to compel records, review execution or order compensation. Customers should not assume a company registration provides the protections of a brokerage license.

A missing license changes every dispute

The complaint amounts differ, but each customer depends on Quotex choosing to resolve the case voluntarily. No verified license means limited outside leverage.
