JFD Brokers' client base moved to rival GBE Brokers in an eight-figure asset transfer completed on 14 April 2026, according to Finance Magnates. The report said the deal covered a four-digit number of client accounts and nearly all JFD Group intermediary relationships. The transfer followed public complaints in which two customers said fund disputes had been escalated to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
Customers Said Fund Complaints Reached CySEC
Wan Yin alleged on 13 January 2025 that an account holding about $40,000 in accumulated profit was cancelled and the funds deducted rather than paid. The reviewer said a complaint was filed with CySEC. Ryan Nettles alleged on 31 July 2025 that money owed had not been returned, an official complaint to JFD received no response and the matter was escalated to the regulator.
Two older reviews described separate concerns: a 70% loss attributed to a JFD copy-trading service and objections to inactivity fees. None of these complaints has been independently adjudicated, and the GBE transaction report did not link the asset transfer to customer complaints or regulatory action.
GBE Acquired Nearly All Client Accounts
Finance Magnates reported that GBE Brokers, which has CySEC and BaFin licenses, absorbed nearly all of JFD Group's client accounts and intermediary relationships. Neither company's quoted statements explained the commercial reason for the transfer. JFD's website continued promoting the brand when the supplied research was prepared, without a prominent explanation of the reported movement of accounts.
What Existing JFD Clients Should Verify
A client transfer can be a normal commercial event. Customers should nevertheless receive clear notice identifying the new contracting entity, regulator, account terms, treatment of open positions and complaint route. Anyone with an unresolved balance should preserve statements and correspondence and contact the regulator named in the agreement.

The Missing Explanation Is Part of the Consumer Story
The complaints remain allegations, and no evidence establishes that they caused the transfer. Still, a regulated broker whose client base has reportedly moved in an eight-figure transaction should make the change unmistakable to anyone considering an account. Clear disclosure matters most when customers are already publicly asking where their money went.
