The FCA has warned since February 2024 that fraudsters are impersonating Finalto, a genuine authorised brokerage and trading-technology group. The regulator names finaltoltd.com and finaltoltd.co as clone domains.

How One Victim Reportedly Lost $54,000

A Hyderabad software professional reportedly met a person using the alias Vinni on a dating app and was directed to finaltofx.com. The platform displayed fabricated gains, encouraged further deposits and demanded a 20 percent conversion fee when he tried to withdraw. After payment, access disappeared and police opened an inquiry.

How to Identify the Genuine Finalto

Finalto Trading Limited, FCA reference 607305, and Finalto Financial Services Limited, reference 481853, are genuine authorised firms. Consumers should use contact details from the FCA Register rather than links supplied in messages or dating apps.

The real firm and the impersonators must stay distinct

The documented fraud is not conduct by authorised Finalto entities. Clear language matters: clone operators exploit the regulated company's identity to manufacture trust.
