UProfit Trader currently shows no Trustpilot star rating. Trustpilot says the rating is unavailable because of a guidelines breach, above a page containing 6,545 reviews. Recent UProfit complaints focus on two moments: accounts being breached when the daily loss limit is reached and payouts being denied, delayed or reversed. These are customer allegations and have not been independently adjudicated.

Traders Say the Daily Loss Limit Does Not Pause Trading

UProfit advertises a $1,100 daily loss limit on its $50,000 Day Soft account. GABBY alleged on 26 February 2026 that an account displayed exactly that loss but did not stop further trading before the account was lost. Jose Marrero alleged on 23 February that UProfit breached the account outright at the daily limit rather than pausing it. Mariam described the same issue on 18 March, while Kevin alleged on 23 June that a $150,000 account was closed after reaching its $3,000 daily limit.

A daily loss rule can legitimately end an account if the contract says so. The consumer issue is whether the platform displays the rule as a pause, a hard breach or a risk control that automatically blocks further orders.

Payouts Allegedly Denied, Delayed or Reversed

A reviewer named wiski alleged on 14 January 2026 that two payout requests totaling more than $21,000 were denied, including one previously approved by email. Widler Jean alleged on 6 July that a $1,176 payout remained pending seven business days after a 22 June request, beyond UProfit's stated 24-hour timeline. Another reviewer said a first $5,000 payout was denied after more than two years on the platform, followed by an account closure and Discord ban.

Copy-Trading and VPN Allegations

Monica Vasquez and Mauricio separately alleged that funded accounts were closed over suspected copy trading, shared connectivity or VPN use without conclusive evidence or an appeal. UProfit did not publicly resolve the specific claims in the source material.

A Risk Limit Must Be Clear About What Happens at the Threshold

A daily loss limit should tell the trader exactly whether trading pauses or the account fails. When the distinction is unclear, the same control marketed as protection can become the reason an account is lost. A reversed payout approval and account closures without a visible appeal process add to the need for written, testable rules.
