Ten Weeks of Complaints Before the Site Went Dark
A reviewer using the name Bullbeary Bots alleged on 26 July 2025 that a payout was denied on know-your-customer grounds after passing a $400,000 challenge. Brian Mwangi alleged on 18 August that payouts routinely took six or seven days despite a 24-hour claim and that a later payout was refused.
Moe alleged on 2 September that an email address and account were deleted without warning. Kashan Altaf wrote on 17 September that the platform had been offline for more than three weeks and emails had gone unanswered for two. Later September reviews alleged that purchased accounts became inaccessible and were cancelled without explanation. These are customer allegations, not court or regulatory findings.

A dead domain, a closed-business notice and an independent closed listing make this more than a temporary service outage. No financial regulator or deposit-protection scheme was identified as overseeing the firm's payout obligations.
