Funded Nation, a proprietary trading firm that sells evaluation challenges, has drawn a series of dated complaints covering unpaid payouts, delayed identity checks and trading-platform failures. The reviews examined by BestForex.io span July 2024 to January 2026. They are customer allegations, not findings by a regulator or court.

An Approved Payout Reported Unpaid

Ibrahim Umar alleged on 2 January 2026 that a withdrawal approved after an 18 December 2025 request remained unpaid more than two weeks later. The reviewer said the firm had provided no clear payment date. In a separate review dated 5 December 2024, a user identified as MULTISURF CYBER said KYC documents remained unverified four weeks after both evaluation phases had been passed.

Amine Abdouni alleged on 1 November 2024 that a funded account still had not arrived three weeks after evaluation and verification, while support had stopped answering emails. These reports describe different stages of the same customer journey: verification, account delivery and payment.

Platform Failure Allegations Add Another Risk

Ilker K wrote on 27 July 2024 that the trading platform disconnected while a position was open and closed the position at a loss when connectivity returned. The reviewer said no compensation was offered. Another user, ABBA MUHAMMAD, called the firm a scam in March 2025 but did not publish enough detail for that accusation to be independently tested.

Trustpilot's page showed no public company reply to the cited negative reviews when the source material was prepared. Silence does not prove an allegation, but it leaves prospective customers without the firm's explanation of whether payments were completed or technical disputes resolved.

Separate complaints point to one reliability question

An overdue approved payout, month-long KYC delay and platform failure are not one repeated technical issue. Together, they raise a broader question about whether Funded Nation can deliver each part of the service traders paid for. Prospective customers should seek current, independently verifiable payout evidence and written dispute terms before purchasing a challenge.
